Ringside Rehab Group Home

Ringside Rehab Group Home was founded on principles of love and care. We offer Residential Services that provide comprehensive, around the clock care for up to 3 individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in a residential home setting, including those who need intensive 24/ 7 support. Residents have their own rooms with shared space. We are located in a quiet residential area in Lebanon, Oregon that is close to medical facilities and easy access to major highways.

Ringside Rehab Group Home is led by Dr. Gregg Palzer, a certified Executive Director of a Medicaid Agency with over 26 years of Healthcare industry experience. His heart is to help people in a caring and professional manner. Additionally, he has been in the fitness industry for over 45 years which provides better insights and understanding of body and mind connection. Early in his medical career, Gregg worked at a children’s hospital that sparked a love and concern for clients with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
